Melbye has roots dating back to 1907, but our focus has always been on what comes next. Today, we develop and deliver forward-looking infrastructure solutions within energy, fibre and installation, serving customers and working with partners across the Nordics, the United Kingdom and international markets.
We are a family-owned company headquartered in Skedsmokorset, just outside Oslo, with colleagues in Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Asia. Across countries and areas of expertise, we work together to develop solutions for our customers and the infrastructure society depends on.
At Melbye, we believe in combining expertise, collaboration and a willingness to evolve. Our values, Innovation, Team Spirit and Professionalism, guide how we work together and how we meet our customers and partners.
We want to create a workplace where different perspectives are valued, where people are seen and heard, and where there is room to learn, take responsibility and grow.
